It’s time to get your springtime sweat on! Join us for our 8-week registered Spring Sweat Sesh and start the season off with a bang…or a burpee or two. Each week we’ll check in with one another, share some gratitude and then get right into your sweaty, heart-pumpin’, muscle-burnin’ workout! Will it be a strength workout? Cardio? Both?
