Body Smarts is our 12 week Nutrition/Fitness Program. This is NOT a DIET or a FAD! This program will equip you with the tools you need to know what to eat, when to eat it, and why. It is designed to give you the tools you need to achieve healthy living and proper habits.
Each week we meet up and discuss the last week and what is coming next. You also get a 30minute Cardio Blast class included to keep you on track.
