Body Smarts is our 12 Week Nutrition/Fitness program! It is NOT a DIET or a FAD! This 12 week program that will equip you with the tools you need to know what to eat, when to eat it, and why. This program is about teaching you skills you need to live a balanced lifestyle.
Each week we meet up and go over your progress and than review the next week. You will also get a 30minute Cardio Blast class to keep you on track!
